The general statement I chose is number 4.

Human Activities Have Contributed To Climate Change

Burning fossil fuels, releasing chemicals into the atmosphere, reducing the amount of forest cover, rapid expansion of farming, development, and industrial activities are releasing carbon dioxide into the atmosphere and changing the balance of the climate system. These add greenhouse gasses, increasing greenhouse effect and global warming. Cutting down trees also affects our ecosystem. It increases the heat index and decrease oxygen, making it too hot. Releasing gasses will make our ozone layer thinner, thus allowing more ultraviolet radiation to enter.

Evidence I.

• Scientists agree that human activities are the main and major factor causing climate change.

Evidence II.

• Heat-trapping gasses makes our world warmer. These include gas, coil, and oil.

Evidence III.

• Cutting down trees increase carbon dioxide which is also why the wind is hot even though we already turned on our electric fans.
